Black Ryden Pottery limited edition 'Selenagor' charger

SKU: 187F9/29
£110.00Price

A Black Ryden octagonal charger in the Selenagor pattern designed by Emma Bossons.  This is a limited edition pattern with this one being number 103 of a run of 250. It has the acorn date mark which dates it to 2003, this being their first year of production. The date is also incorporated into the design as shown in the second picture. It measures 9.5 inches across and comes in it's original box.

Condition: The piece is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.

Black Ryden was set up by Hugh Edwards of Moorcroft in 2003 as a follow on from the creation of the Cobridge Stoneware factory in 1998. A small group of Moorcroft artists were brought in to produce the designs including well known names such as Emma Bossons, Kerry Goodwin, Sian Leeper and Anita Harris. Unfortunately it ceased production in 2005 making Black Ryden products quite rare and much sought after.
